”There was a weird atmosphere and very unprofessional. I have stayed in holiday inn express for over 20 years traveling and go there for constant clean beautiful hotels but this was a 2 out of 10! Don’t stay here!”

”It is my favorite spot. I come here every year. The price is more than reasonable. You are on the beach. There is a pool and a restaurant on premises. I don’t know what more you could ask for staff is very helpful and give you everything you need.”

”The toilet in our room did not flush very well. Our room was very close to the beach and pool which was very nice. One big problem is the ice machines were always out of ice. Beds were clean and comfortable.”

” We had an issue with 2 staff members entering our room before checkout time. We had posted a “do not disturb” sign and they didn’t respect it. Luckily we were in the room to stop their entry. We never received any explanation, what they were doing there. It would be interesting to know how much customer property gets stolen!!! There was no management present, so we had to send email to the assistant general manager. We never received any reply, so clearly this behavior is accepted by the...

”The owners were very helpful, the tv wasn’t working in my room and the owner tried to get it to work and couldn’t so he just got a new tv and brought in the room. Room was clean!”
