”La struttura è come in foto a due passi dal centro e vicina alla spiaggia dopo una strada in discesa. Il personale molto cortese e disponibile, le stanze molto pulite. La colazione abbondante anche se orientata più a turisti non italiani”

”Es war sehr schön mit direktem Zugang zum Strand und mit Balkon. Klimaanlage war funktionstüchtig sowie der Fernseher. Das Badezimmer könnte ein bisschen sauberer sein und das wlan hat garnicht funktioniert. Man konnte sich garnicht ins wlan einloggen. ”

”We spent one night here in the beginning of May, just before the season started. Location is very good, short walking distance (app. 150m) from the central square of Hanioti. The hotel has own beach and nice pool area where were very well room now due to the off season. Rooms were clean and roomy. The only minus comes from WiFi which didn't work in our room, only in the lobby area.”

”We had an excellent holiday in the hotel of Tropical for one week in August. The pool-view room was big with balcony and kitchenette, which were cleaned every day. There's good wi-fi and conditioner, which worked properly. The location was great. There were supermarkets, the city center and sea nearby. The food was tasty. The staff was very kind and helpful. They created warm and pleasant atmosphere. We recommend the hotel Tropical!”

”Lithos Villas ist eine Oase der Entspannung in Nikiti. 2025 ist erst die zweite Saison. Daher alles neu und quasi unbenutzt. Die Gastgeber sind jederzeit erreichbar, super herzlich, kümmern sich um jedes Anliegen sofort und kommen proaktiv auf die Gäste zu. Die Villas sind sehr hochwertig und modern. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der private Pool ist ein Traum. Der Blick und tägliche Sonnenuntergang laden zu abendlich Sit-ins auf der wunderschönen und großzügigen Terrasse ein....

”Da ich einfach fast immer schlechte Zimmer als Alleinreisende bekomme (dieses Mal A7 Balkon neben Aggregatoren) , darf ich das nicht zu sehr in die Bewertung einfließen lassen, denn von 42 Zimmern sind Da40 glaub ich gut. Die Mentalität auf Kassandra ist auch ein wenig spröder als in Griechenland sonst, das hab ich gelernt (es gab Damen die sehr nett waren, auch der Herr an der Bar war sehr nett). Wenn man beim Frühstück drauf eingestellt ist, dass der glasierte Speck und die *Frankfurter * kalt...

Great hosts really friendly and helpful, hotel ideally located communal area and pool really tidy and comfortable. Yiannis and Eleni are great people and really good in making you feel comfortable and welcome in their home!!! Highly recommended!”
