The accommodation
This modern and newly renovated 55sqm old building apartment is perfect for up to 4 people. Guests number 3 and 4 can stay in the separate living room thanks to the comfortable sofa bed.

You can park in the nearby parking garage at Dachritzstraße 10 (approx. 5 minutes walk).

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size double bed.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, stove and oven. Of course, there are also plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The kitchen also has a solid wood dining table for up to six people.

The separate living room adjoins the kitchen and invites you to relax on the comfortable couch. This can be folded into another bed. With high-speed WiFi and smart TV, you can switch off and relax here after a strenuous day. A dart board also provides entertainment in between.

The bathroom is also equipped with everything you need. E.g. hairdryer, towels and soap.

The apartment is on the second floor and can be reached via a staircase.

Access to the apartment is via a key safe.

Access for guests
The entire apartment is yours to use alone (no common areas). Feel like home! Although we are not on site, we can be reached via telephone, SMS or the messaging system. Please remember that you are booking a holiday apartment and not a hotel with a 24/7 desk ;-).
