”Negative from the get-go. This is a motel 6 not a hotel Blu. Loud music. Two floors up came into my room. It's all about the Bass. Chair was unusable. It's been worn out. Shabby and run down this place. Bait and switch again, not a Hotel Blu.”

”The staff was unwilling to let me cancel my reservation the day of my reservation because I had a funeral come up. I hadn’t checked I yet. They refused to work with me or help even given the circumstances. They charged me for the full 2 nights. They wouldn’t even give me a cancellation fee. I found them rude and uncaring.”

”This place was "fine". Double queen room did have a refridgerator and microwave which I don't believe that was on the website. The bathroom was old and needs a renovation.”

”Could not use the pool while we were there. Had a slimy film on top of the water and the whole room had a very strong smell of chlorine. Windows in the room very thin and could hear all the traffic going by and the hotel is very close to a busy road. There was clothing found in one of our drawers and it wasn't ours so not sure how well our room was cleaned/checked. The staff were very nice and had a good breakfast”

”Only stayed for one night. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, bed was comfortable. Only issue was they were out of some of the breakfast foods early. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.”

”I booked the rooms because it said the pools were open online, but they were not. They said they would open in a week or so. I was disappointed that the information online was not accurate. I really wanted to relax while hubby was out working on a job out of state in the area. Then I wanted to use the washers. The soap machine ate my coins and did not dispense anything, and the front desk did not reimburse me. I had to walk to a gas station for more change to wash, as the front desk does not...

”The shower curtain rod was very loosely attached to the walls. This caused the rod to droop so much that I was stepping on the bottom of the curtain while showering.”

”looks a bit outdated on the outside but the rooms are so modern on the inside.! the front desk staff is exceptionally nice, the check in was quick, the room was clean, the air conditioning was brand new, tv worked and was able to connect my xbox as well. my kids also enjoyed the stay as well with no complaints.! 10/10 recommend for the fulton, kingdom city, mexico area.!”

”The stay was nice. The rooms were clean. I got a handicapped room for some reason. I got out of the shower and all the water had went out. On the floor in the bathroom, other than that, it was a fairly good stay. No coffee maker in the room. Breakfast wasn't too much, I guess that's what you get when you pay $83 coffee, Danish, banana or apple and cereal. I would go there again to save money, so we're going to f*** do I”

”We were happy with our recent stay at this property. Room was clean and comfortable. We were only there for a short time; checked in late and left early, but had no complaints other than the only coffee in the room was decaf :(. Staff was courteous. Would stay here again.”
