The communication with the property to check in from visiting in a foreign country was excellent. Verh responsive and quick to answer questions. Check in was a breeze and thw property was perfecr for my family. We would highly recommend the stay. ”

”The hotel manager was super helpful. I recommend talking to the front desk about limo and private car services to and from nearby services. Also, I recommended checking with them for the boat tours and asking about more affordable options if you are not interested in the more expensive packages.”

”What a lovely space! Our little apartment was great, spacious and clean. The garden area was also lovely and it was in a quiet location but still close to everything we needed. All the ladies there were so friendly and helpful. They booked our boat tour and transport for us. I also really enjoyed doing the pottery class- it was one of the highlights of my trip so far! I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Ha Long Bay!”

”Great service the people there are amazing organised my cruise, my bus and when i stupidly left my passport there they sent it to me on a bus so i wouldn’t miss my flight. I’ve traveled for three weeks in Vietnam and this is by far the best! Would recommend and if I go back to Ha long bay I will always choose to stay here! ”

”Amazing host. Can't give my compliments enough to Dat. He cared for each of us like we were a member of his family and I can say to any traveller you will always be in safe hands. He knows all the best spots to go and has access to some of the best restaurants on the island. On top of this the hotel was modern, clean and the restaurants food was incredible. I literally can't think of a single issue with Seoul 2.”
