”Parking area seemed safe we had no issues. The workers there were excellent. Friendly and polite. Like to joke around and always smiling. Your pool was green and gross and ice cold . That was the only issue so we didn’t use the pool because of that. Otherwise it was an excellent stay.”

”If you want to enjoy the water front area of Wilmington, you'd be hard pressed to beat the location and amenities of this hotel. Everything from the rooms to the service to the outside bar was excellent. Did I mention the outside bar? Excellent! It's within walking distance of everything on the waterfront.”

”Great service, people, location and overall experience! The room itself could use some TLC. Also, to order from the Concorde, you have to walk to the register. It would be awesome to have a QR code for the room to order. Overall a great stay and we will definitely be back!”

”I was greatly impressed with the quality cleanness and the fragrance smell of your hotel.The service given by your entire staff on Saturday was excellent.Eugene customer service was outstanding.I’ll highly recommend this hotel for the upcoming trips to all of my friends and family.”
”Every staff member I encountered was cheerful, friendly and helpful. It has a fresh and fun decor and beautiful pool area. The Tru is uniquely connected to another Hilton-brand hotel that has a good restaurant and bar. The bartender, Michelle, was a great server and made excellent cocktails. There's a gym and laundry facilities onsite as well as some options for board games and cards, a pool table, and a wi-type golf game. We will definitely stay again!”

”Great access to the waterfront river walk and the convention center. Nice rooms and common areas. Starbucks in lobby, breakfast area and restaurant on second floor, bar on rooftop. ”
”Traveling with adult kids means they don't want to share a bed in a regular hotel room (or sleep on a sofa bed), but getting separate rooms often means being at different ends of the hall. Staybridge offered a suite with rooms and beds for everyone, for the same price as getting 2 typical hotel rooms. It was convenient, clean, and the staff was wonderful. We do wish the "living room" area in the suite had more room for sitting -- another chair or 2, or another sofa would have been perfect.”

”The best shower ever - hot and amazing water pressure! I love the layout of the rooms at ALoft - it just makes sense. The rooms are quiet and comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious enough for two people. Can’t say enough good things!”
