All rooms in the house are available for guests to use except the basement and attic. Laundry is not accessible to guests, however for longer-term stays arrangements can be made for laundry service.

This is a family-friendly neighbourhood, so no parties without prior approval. That said, our home is well-suited for entertaining, and we’re happy to discuss hosting a gathering or special occasion if arranged in advance.

As we’re in the city, you may hear typical urban sounds like sirens, trains, or neighbours enjoying their yards. Smoking is not allowed indoors.
