I didn't know that there is no staff onsite and that reception is at a different motel that is further than walking distance away. I found this out after I booked.
The lights on the outside of the building and lack of good curtains meant that room 1 was not dark at night. I asked to be moved which the staff were happy to oblige.
There was no hairdryer, access to the laundry, or space to store bags on checkout day - all things that were advertised
The rooms were quite dusty and there was no where to hang towels, face cloths, hand towels or tea towels. The TV was a bit touch and go and kept losing internet connection.
However, the location was great.
