”This is definitely not a LUXURY condo as advertised. I am not sure that VRBO sets or verifies any standards. This property was said to sleep 6, yet has only two plastic chairs in the entire unit, no dining facilities or chairs in the balcony to sit and enjoy the VIEW. The beds are very uncomfortable with just a 5 1/2” mattress on a very low wooden frame, with a 3” surface which hurts as you try to get in or out of bed. No bedside tables, luggage racks, just four old small pillows. For six guests...

”The property was clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable. The unit was short on amenities and did not have enough towels or cutlery for 4 people. We did message the owner about this but there was no resolution offered. It was the absolute basic accommodation.”
