”Location was ok. Room was clean. But we had no towels in the room (none), had to ask. Also, the fancy coffee maker broke down (or had to be cleaned) twice during breakfast. Disaster! ”

”If you like to be greeted rudely with zero help this is the place to go!!!”

”My husband and I stayed in The Parisienne room for 1 night. It was lovely and we had our own private bathroom. The host, Gwen was very friendly and hospitable. There was a lovely seating area that over looks the city of Hamilton. There are books to read and a shared mini fridge in the common area. The breakfast the next morning was home made and was delicious. The location was walking distance to restaurants and shops. All in all, a great stay! Highly recommended.”

”The interior of the room itself was fine, but we were the only room in our hall that was not under construction. The hallway floor was ripped up and construction was ongoing into Saturday evening and begun again early Sunday morning. Staff did not tell us anything about the construction at check in so it was a bit shocking to find our room was essentially in a work zone. Not sure how the other floors are but this picture is what our hallway on the third floor looked like.”
