”The lady I engaged with was great to deal with and responded quickly to inquiries. Upon closer examination, the place was not as clean as we had expected; however the host said she would address the issue. There are a lot of extras that were nice; for example a foosball table, a sunroom, a washer/dryer. It is in a good location on the Grand River and is quiet. It is also pet friendly which was what we needed. Overall I would recommend the place.”

”Overall the property was very enjoyable. The beachfront aspect was definitely a plus both at sunrise and sunset. Amazing campfires on the beach and beautiful skies above. The property itself was in fairly good condition, a little bit of bubbling on the vinyl flooring but nothing noticeable to the eye. The beds were comfortable and the pull out couch worked great for my party of 6! No sleeping complaints. Overall a very enjoyable place to stay.”
