”Although staff and service were generally excellent, I rated it "poor" because of the following. On my first morning we had an excellent breakfast in the Tap Room at about 9:30. The next morning (5/12) we again went for breakfast at about 9:30 and were told seating had ended at 9:00 due to Mother's Day lunch preparations! We should have been notified (under the door?) in advance. As hotel guests, ordinary service should not have been sacrificed for local revenue.”
