”This home is incredible for a short or long stay, our trip was very last minute and Jan was so helpful and accommodating towards our group. The heater was left on for us upon arrival, fresh bread and milk with a slab of REAL butter in the fridge, what more could 1 ask for. The whole upstairs area gets drenched in sunlight right through the day so relaxing inside or out is that much more enjoyable.Less than 5mins to anywhere. Will definitely love to stay here again.”

”Had a one night stay following a trip to Hobbiton movie set. Stayed in chalet Frodo which is only a 10-15 min drive from Hobbiton.The chalet is very clean and well appointed. While quite compact it had everything the two of us required for an overnight stay. We had dinner at Osteria restaurant in the main centre which is only a 3 min drive away. Thoroughly recommend Osteria for quality of food, portion size , atmosphere and price”
