”Great location. Close to RIT and family in Chili. Furniture was very comfortable and it was nice to have the space to spread out and have our dog with us. The radiant heat made it very comfortable in the chilly temps. Would definitely stay here again.”

”A great open floor plan downstairs and plenty of privacy in the bedrooms upstairs. The location allowed a lot of privacy, but it was only a five minute drive to restaurants, grocery stores and other essential shoppers. We really enjoyed our stay and are thinking of booking again ”

”Rated 4/5 because of the exterior. The entrance requires lighting at night. The rear steps need to be repaired. Lastly, there was an excessive amount of fallen leaves, and due to rain it was very slippery. The interior was great!”
