”Room smelled of mold. Shade on the window was torn and falling down. In the bathroom the toilet was broken and very dirty. The tub was very dirty as well. The towel racks were broken off, and there were no towels or wash cloths. No trash can. All in all, the room was dirty. I went back to the lobby and told them that I couldn’t stay in such a place and demanded a refund of the money I had paid. ”Very nice hotel, nice staff, clean rooms and good breakfast. Just be aware that there is no elevator to the second floor when booking. Will definitely stay there again next time in town. Walking distance to Baugher's Diner where we had great meals with excellent service.”

”The room was lovely and clean but the elevators were the worst. It took us 3 minutes to get an elevator because 1 was out of service and the one in service would go to the 8th floor first no matter what button you pushed. The luggage trolleys had flat tires so they were hard to maneuver.”
