”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”The room odor was horrible, so the front desk associate decided to show another room on the 3rd floor— no better. There were bugs on the floor and on the A/C unit. So I requested a refund, was told that the manager was out for the night and to call in the morning. I was given an initial refund for the room deposit the same night I left. But, was declined my refund the following day — so I’m disputing the charge with my bank.
Horrible 30 mins experience.
Get a real hotel. This one is dirty.”

”No complaints about the room or staff, whatsoever. The room was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. The common areas of the hotel need some work. There's visible damage to the building as you pull up to the entrance. The hallway carpets need cleaning or replacement. The AC had just gone out in the lobby just before we arrived, but I suspect that was just unfortunate timing.”
