Hampton Bays is a hamlet in the Hamptons situated on three bays: the Great Peconic to the North and the Shinnecock and Tiana flanking the South. There is a connective body of water between bay and ocean known as the Shinnecock inlet which is a popular place to fish. You can walk into town from the condo and stroll along Main Street. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance from your home. The beach is less than 10 minutes away and is approximately 4 miles from the condominium.

The apartment features an open floor plan with living room flowing into kitchen. Mirrored wall in living room adds to a Manhattan style effect creating an enhanced feeling of space. There is a comfy sectional sofa (with pull out bed) and wide, built in lounger. Additionally, there is a flamestitch Donghia lounge chair with ottoman that is perfect for getting comfortable with a book! For your entertainment there is a 55” HDTV with Roku offering Netflix, Prime and numerous other streaming options. Large outdoor deck across from pool.

The bedroom has a Queen bed and a large closet with mirrored sliding doors. This adds a dramatic flair to the room, increases the open feeling of space and provides wonderful his/her dressing mirrors! There is also a nine drawer dresser, matching bedside night stand with lights and additional drawers. There is a wall mounted Fire TV which also offer Netflix, Prime and multiple streaming apps. Across from the bedroom is a full bath, large mirrored wall and vanity with sink.

The apartment is cooled by two air conditioning units with remote temperature controls. The condominium is connected to the Nest system which offers easy thermostat control for heating and sophisticated voice smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Stepping outside the door is a large deck with comfortable seating overlooking the pool area. There is a walking track around the perimeter of the community, two tennis courts, and a putting green. There are two parking spaces assigned to your condominium and available space for guests.
