PLEASE NOTE:

✫ No beach chairs, beach towels or beach umbrellas provided. No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No pets allowed. No events, parties or large gatherings.

✫ Washer/dryer is not inside the unit - there is a common coin-operated laundry room located on premises.

✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.



Cleaning - Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).



Please note: We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record when triggered. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This device measures decibel levels throughout the property and does not record sound. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. Any noise violation reported either by Minut or a disturbed neighbor will result in a warning. The second offense will result in a $100 fine and is subject to immediate cancellation without refund. The third offense is $500 and subject to immediate cancellation without refund. These technologies and conditions in place to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

Guests have private access to the entire unit, which is part of a large multi-family property. Guests may access the unit via keyless entry using our smartlock technology. We will provide a unique code and instructions on use prior to your arrival.

The Americana is also just minutes from The Hampton Casino venue, Blue Ocean Concert Hall, and is a short car ride from the quaint seaside towns of Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH and outlet shopping in beautiful Kittery, M.E. Hampton is perfectly located for a day trip to Boston, Portland, ME and the White Mountains.
