This home is just a 5 minute walk to the beach! Only an 8 minute walk to the Hampton Beach "strip", perfectly situated outside the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy the restaurants, shopping, and fireworks. Hampton Beach is a premier resort town in New Hampshire boasting a wide variety of activities for all ages (nightly concerts, arcades, restaurants, mini-golf, water activities, fireworks and more) and is rated among the top 3 cleanest beaches in the U.S. This condo is minutes from The Hampton Casino venue, Blue Ocean Concert Hall, and is a short car ride from the quaint seaside towns of Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH and outlet shopping in beautiful Kittery, M.E. Hampton is perfectly located for a day trip to Boston, Portland, ME and the White Mountains. This property is located on the "island" section of Hampton. No major street to cross in order to access the beach.

Getting Around:
This home is walking distance to the beach and all major attractions on Hampton Beach. A car is needed to get to the property.

Other Things to Note:
FYI - For guests bringing pets, please clean up after them. We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean up from your pet. (The pet fee - $100 per pet, only covers additional cleaning to make sure to get all pet fur by double washing all linens, wear and tear on flooring/carpets and furniture). No more than 2 dogs allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
We are not at the property but we are 24/7 here for any assistance needed.

Great space

We had an amazing stay at this property! It was perfect for our family of six, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The location was fantastic—tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet still within walking distance of all the attractions. We loved being able to explore the area easily while having a peaceful retreat to come back to. The host was also very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient .
