”Older hotel, nothing fancy, but the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly! No problems at all! If I had to pick something-the bath towels were very small. Worked great for our 1 night stay with the kids! ”

”The general manager Thomasine was very helpful, polite, caring and welcoming. She also was constantly checking on me to make sure i was comfortable and safe with anything i needed. Also her staff was great with a certain member that stood out overall. Her name was Nisha and she was excellent with her manners and customer service. ”

”While the exterior of the property looked tired, we were pleasantly surprised by the clean and newly renovated rooms. The courtyard was a beautiful, well kept space and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and there was enough designated parking. We would definitely recommend staying here. ”

”It was a small room but very clean. The 3 minute walk to the beach was great as well as the proximity to Avon Pier I would definitely stay there again. I am thinking of staying with my daughter and granddaughter in late July.”

”These are the perfect old time cottage motel rentals. Rooms are basic, but have everything you need with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Lovely pool and diect beach access via property stairs over dune. Vacationers are friendly, sitting outside on their own front porches. Feels really safe for family and dog friendly!”

”This is an old run down property that is nothing to write home about. You’re definitely getting what you paid for. It’s under new management so I’m hoping things shape up in the near future. On the plus side there’s beach access close by and they are located near the highway so you can easily get to VA beach. ”

”We camw for a tournament on Memorial Day Weekend. We were very happy with the place. It is not the newesr kf places, so it apears veey dated, but it covers the basic needs very well and then some! We like the seperate living area and the full kitchen table, since we like to get food snd eat smaller meals in the room to save money. The fulll fridge and kirchen were great...we were able to cook breakfast each day. Bed was great, ligong room coukd have been a luttke more comfy but other than...

”The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...
