”The cottage was well appointed with everything needed! Our only suggestion was given to the girl working in the office. The grounds were beautifully maintained and there was plenty to do- tennis, pool, shuffleboard, cornhole, play yard for kids.”

”We had an absolutely wonderful weekend getaway! The cottage was impeccably clean and cozy. It was perfectly appointed with modern amenities, yet it still retained its classic coastal charm. Waking up to breathtaking views of the water right from our room was the highlight of the trip. The innkeepers were incredibly accommodating. A huge bonus for us was the kayaks on the property. The availability of clean lifejackets was a plus. We can’t wait to go back and relax.”

”Our stay at The Inn at Old Harbor was wonderful. My partner doesn’t love walking and They have their own stair case from the ferry parking lot. Within minutes we had picked up our keys at their sweatshirt store and had our feet up on our private balcony which made for great people watching and a cool breeze. Room 3 on the second floor had a king size bed and great light at sunrise. We could see the Newport Bridge! It was clean and comfortable We are coming back for Columbus Day weekend”

”I got to the room at 10 pm and it had never been serviced. Bathroom towels on the floor, bed sheets all over the place. But this is not a hotel, really, but a room in some building far away from where you check in. I cancelled the second night and nobody has every called back, or apologized, or credited me with this horrible experience.”

”The inn was great it worked perfect for our family. Having 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths is great for 4 people. The owners had great snacks, coffee, Fiji water. Location was perfect close to shops, restaurants and the Gateway theater. We were here for a show that my daughter was in at the theater. I highly recommend the Belport inn”
