We live off-site in a rural area and use cameras to protect the property, landscaping and prevent livestock from wandering onto the property.We’re in a peaceful rural area with farm animals on-site (rooster, chickens, goats, sheep, cows) and on nearby properties. You may hear animal sounds, especially in the morning—part of the authentic countryside experience!We have friendly cows, goats, chickens, and sheep on-site. Guests can say hello and feed them through the fences using approved food only. While they’re generally gentle, animals can be unpredictable, so please supervise children and interact with care.This is a working farm, so we may access outdoor areas like the garage or animal pens to care for livestock. We respect your privacy and will not enter the house during your stay. Animal care is done quickly and with minimal disruption.The hot tub is unfenced and does not have a lock. Please supervise children at all times and use at your own risk.PLEASE ALWAYS SUPERVISE YOUR CHILDREN THIS IS A WORKING FARM! MAKE SURE THEY DO NOT CLIMB FENCES AND ENTER INTO ANIMAL PADDOCKS! GOATS CAN BECOME AGGRESSIVE WHEN ENTERING THEIR PEN.

Pets are only permitted with prior approval and must be declared at the time of booking. Approved pets are subject to a pet fee and additional security deposit.





For the safety of our farm animals:

Aggressive dogs are not permitted

Dogs must not chase, harass, or stress farm animals

Any dog that chases or causes stress to the animals will be required to be removed from the property immediately, with no refund for remaining nights.



Pets must be:

Well-behaved and under control at all times

Not left unattended

Cleaned up after

Failure to follow these rules may result in additional fees or cancellation of the stay.
