”Excellent service, best hotel on our two week trip in Japan (Osaka, Hiroshima, Kyoto & Nara). Best breakfast too and buffet type dinner was superb. Nice extra was those two (free!) massage chairs. Room was nice, rather large and quiet and bathroom was clean. ”

”I was considering wether to stay next to Nara Park (and in a Ryokan) or here next to the train station. I was very satiesfied with my choise since it was easy to arrive, move around and the hotel reminded ryokan because of its style. I could hear the trains passing by it didn’t bother me and otherwise my room was very quiet. The onsen spa downstairs is really nice. ”The hotel has great ammenities and the room service options have a ton of variety. It was nice having a massage chair and jacuzzi tub in the room. It was the largest room my husband and I stayed in throughout our travels in Japan as well.”
”Far walk for us and dinner is exotic and different. But absolutely beautiful place. Clean and amazing private onsen. We loved the gift shop and they gave us robes to use. Breakfast buffet excellent. Overall wonderful visit, would recommend and wish i can go again someday. ”

"We had a wonderful stay in Kyoto. The breakfast was excellent and a great way to start the day. Our room was one of the most basic options, but it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. A big highlight was the laundry room, well equipped with multiple washing and drying machines. Washing cost 600 yen, and drying was priced by time, which was very convenient during our trip. Service was excellent and the staff was accommodating."
"The hotel is located nicely in the middle of a shopping area and not too far from 2 different subway lines. Only downside with the location is that a taxi cant really get right infront of the hotel but it's not a long walk (3 minutes) from the closest drop off location.
Checking in and out is easy and quick with the self service desks and there is staff to help if you require assistance.
Didnt have much interraction with the staff except for one at reception and the cleaning staff of the floor and all were very friendly.
Only downside (for me) was how hard the bed was but that's a preference thing.
With all that said unless the hotel prices itself out it will stay on my radar for when I come to Kyoto again (6 days is not enough!)."
"Hyvä sijainti julkisia silmälläpitäen. Täysin koneellistettu check-in ja check-out eli kaikki kommunikaatio tapahtui automaatin kanssa. Aamiainen oli ok, vaikkakin näin pohjoismaalaisena jäi kaipaamaan leipää, juustoa, leikkeleitä yms. näitä ei ollut tarjolla. Aamiaisjärjestelyt olivat poikkeukselliset, jaettiin aamiaislappuja, jolla pääsi sisään. Sitten laitettiin jonottamaan ensimmäiseen pisteeseen ( lämmin ruoka ) ennenkuin pääsi muihin pisteisiin. Lämmin ruoka ehti jo viileätä ennen kuin pääsi pöytään ja jokaiseen pisteeseen piti jonottaa. Lämmin ruoka annosteltiin myös aika pieninä annoksina, niin sitten sai jonottaa lisää, kun kävi santsaamassa."
