”Nice new two unit duplex about 30mins drive to Bar Harbor. Tasteful and comfortable furnishings. AC wall units efficient and quiet. Some wear and tear evident on floors and walls. Linens and towels provided and good quality. Large modern kitchen with many utensils and dishes etc. ”

Home owner was kind enough to mail me my souvenirs I souvenirs left, and everything was neat and tidy.”

”We really enjoyed staying here with our family on a trip to see Mount Desert Island (MDI) and Acadia. This was our kids first time being to MDI and having this house was perfect. The yard was great so they could run around and play on the swing set. Also, the kitchen was very well equipped so we were able to make multiple meals (you bring your own groceries) without having to go out. This makes it much more pleasant when traveling with kids. ”The place met our needs for sleeping/showers etc. Kitchen well equipped if you came to cook. Was disappointed there was no fire pit (does offer chiminea). Furniture is not very comfortable for TV watching. Also when looking at the photos it appeared the water was closer than a mile or so away. Also was not expecting to have to take the trash to the road, strip beds, start laundry or make sure everything was wiped down. What was my cleaning fee for?
