”Another great time! The lake was beautiful as always. Some amenities need some work and maintenance; but the place is as great as it was the previous 2 times we stayed. Also, the waterfall hike is completely different now and we had to take a detour around a huge landslide. Crazy to see what Mother Nature can do in the 2 years since our last stay. ”

”We used this place when our son played baseball in Cooperstown. Though it was an hour away from Cooperstown, it was an easy drive and a great property. Seeing the cows in the front yard one day was a funny surprise - they had gotten out from the nearby farm :). The fly fishing was fun to watch. The A/C units in the upstairs worked great. I would have liked more wash cloths for the shower, but there were plenty of towels. The laundry was excellent to have. It was a wonderful place for 4 adults...

The house is well kept and clean. It felt exactly like “glamping” The pond is awesome to look at and relax by.The fire pit is in the perfect location with plenty of seating to relax by.This is a really nice tranquil place. ”We had a great stay! For the price, you can't beat it having lake front rental with kayaks. Nice views of the lake. Very peaceful. 15-40mins away from great hiking. It was private; sometimes we heard neighbors, but rarely. House on a main road and would hear road noise, but if no cars passing, then it was quiet. We used the kayaks, and I brought my paddleboard. Life jackets were provided. There were a lot of lily pads and the pictures must be older. On the small lake, there was a trail...
