”Well maintained. Clean. Well stocked kitchen. Good communication with management. Bathroom can use a small face-lift and one of the beds needs updating. Parking is plentiful. Comfortable dinning room and living room. Says two beds in each room, but the second bed was a foldaway bed with a small amount of space for it in the bedroom. ”

”The mobile home was roomy and comfortable, in the woods a minute or two from Rt 17 (easy to find), with the added beneft of free roaming chickens (outdoors, of course!) and helpful hosts. It's an hour from Binghamton, and much more reasonable than hotels in Binghamton during graduation! ”

”Our stay at Cochecton was undoubtedly one of the best we’ve had. It was the perfect winter wonderland getaway. When we weren’t outside watching our dog frolic through the snow, we were inside staying warm and cozy. There was no shortage of things to do. We played board games, listened to records, watched some of our favorite movies on vhs, and even took naps! Can you believe it? Naps! As in more than one nap!
