”Hotel is Right next to the freeway. Driving up was a simple inn. Plenty of parking. A bit sketchy. Our room was on the other side of the freeway facing the back of a business. Woke up to find that the shower handle was broken. So no shower for us. When we brought it up to management they didn’t try to make it better or even offered an apology. $148, not worth it without a working shower. Grab and go breakfast bread and coffee. We will not be coming back!”

”I contacted the hotel to tell them it was a special occasion.I was interested in checking in early for a handicapped traveler who was having a birthday. They made no effort to help me get an early check in, even though I could see the maid's cart in front of the room two hours earlier. ”We traveled with our grandson to Legoland. The hotel was great. It is located in a quiet area and close to Legoland. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was spacious with a pull-out couch for our grandson. It also had a refrigerator and microwave, which were very helpful. The breakfast was fine, a typical hotel breakfast with quite a few options. The dining area is large, with ample seating.
