”This is probably the best place I've stayed at, Sam was extremely helpful during check-in and showed us around the property and our room, they also have a ping pong table, deck/patio space right on the water, and a secluded garden which was very nice. Breakfast was amazing and gets made right away (between 7-9) he even messaged me before we got there for any dietary restriction, and breakfast was different each day. Sam really puts in extra effort to make your stay comfortable and I was sad...

”Beautiful house where a clear effort has been made to furnish with period furniture and even track down a few pieces original to the house. The rooms were comfortable and decorated beautifully. The owners went out of their way to accommodate an allergy. The breakfast was tasty and served on beautiful china. The owners were very knowledgeable about the area and happy to offer information. Would definitely stay here again.”

”Beautiful rooms, very clean and very nice space, very comfortable and cozy. We chose a unit with a full kitchen as our stay was a week long and we needed to be able to easily have a relaxed schedule - and options if we chose to stay in. This worked out great! Outside sitting areas were lovely and we could sit out on our front porch! Staff was amazing. Any request was very quickly responded to and completed- it was very wonderful. Thank you all!! I highly recommend The Gingerbread House.”
