Dessverre vi fikk rom ved siden av inngangsdøra. Det var varmt og vi kunne ikke åpne vinduene på grunn av røyklukt. Røyke plassen var rett utenfor. Det var alltid noen der som røyka til ut på natt.
Det luktet mugg på badet og noe i leiligheten når vi kom. Vann renner ut fra dusjen.
Soverommene er små, lite plass til å gå rundt senga. Det står lystette gardinen, men gardinen er for smale og dårlig montert, det var lyst hele natta. Lyset fra utelyset lyste også...

”Charming hotel in a historical building, with nice interior. Very good, friendly service. Excellent breakfast. The only little downside was the motion-sensor lighting in the bathroom, which did not recognice a person sitting on the toilet. But that was a very small minus.”

”We had a lovely view to the sea from our sixth floor room. Hiking path to Aksla started from the backyard of the hotel. Lovely staff. Good sauna. Location great for us. The breakfast had it all! The best stay ever! ”
”Lovely hotel on the island of Finnøy. We had great weather, but I expect weather can be a bit harsh since it is basically next to the Atlantic Ocean. However the travel from Molde area with ferry ( check route times in advance) and island hopping in to Ålesund or opposite is well worth a trip.
The restaurant offers a great 3 course dinner too. And they have a lovely cafe /bar area calles “butikken” except it isn’t a shop anymore.
It is well worth trying out the pool. Just remember that a day...

I got good value for my money, a really beutiful room. The breakfast was also excellent and rich. It is situated quite near to the steps to Mount Aksla, in the middle of the shopping area. Everything is done with the best possible taste!”
”I was really pleasantly surprised. I thought this was a hotel, but it is actually a dorm room facility. It was clean and in good shape, it wasn't a hot day so keeping the fully opening window open was enough to cool the room down. Based on the age of the people running the hotel, I think this is like a summer job for teens to run the place. They did a good job here. Room has blackout curtains and a comfy bed, what else does anyone honestly need?

”Very good hotel with friendly staff and compared to other hotels reasonably priced! We had an accesible room which was very roomy. The free dinner during the week was discontinued for summer break which was a pity. There were dining options in walking distance where you got 10% off food.
Breakfast was very extensive but if you came a little later, not all options were still available.
Cleanliness was good except the floor of the breakfast room which was sticky all of the 3 days we stayed...
