”We visited the hotel for 2 nights. Great service and friendly staff. Even though the location of the hotel is very central, it is impossible to walk the distances since there are no sidewalks.”

”Very comfortable stay, amazing staff and good location. Odd layout for the bathroom and toilet and could use some modernisation but honestly no real issues and still useable. Breakfast was a little bland but kids really enjoyed the extra activities. One of the nights the hotel had provided games consoles which the family really enjoyed”

”The staff is wonderful and the service is top-notch. The food is equally impressive, with a fantastic breakfast buffet that was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the accommodations are in desperate need of an update. The room felt very dated, and the bathroom was particularly embarrassing and poorly maintained. Great for the food and hospitality, but the facilities need a major renovation.”

”Staff was very friendly and tried to check me in early per my request. I hope there is more light for reading. ”

”Huone ja fasiliteetit hyvät. Sijainti optimaalinen”

”Keep up the good job”

” I enjoyed staying here for 5 nights and one thing maybe they should improve is their bed cover because it’s smelly and dirty with stains on it. Overall i enjoy staying here and will come back here again if i visit Jakarta Recommended ”

”Great service allowed me to check in early! Unfortunately the shower was blocked and flooded the toilet but I was only staying for the day so I managed. Great coffee shop in the lobby and convenient for the event we were attending too.”

”An ok hotel in Imdo standards. A bit old and worn out, but has a gym and a pool area. Not much else to do here. There are few big malls nearby but practically nothing near the hotel. A typical example of a hotel where lot of facilities have been built but are not used maintained. Very few people eats at the hotel restauramt and it makes me wonder how fresh produce they are keeping in stock to prepare all the items in the menu since not many people eat there. I took a studio to get a little...

”Breakfast and foods was excellent, staff is helpfull but we couldn’t sleep properly something bitting our body then we found bed bugs bitting us. When we open blanket we found some bugs”

”Amazing 2 nights stay with family. All staff were very helpful and friendly. It is Family-friendly place. You can find food and groceries by walking distance behind the hotel. I will recommended this place to my friends. I'm sure I would choose this place again whenever I come to Jakarta again.”

”Great stay there. Reception people all very helpful.”
