”Good service, easy check-in, staff welcoming and happy to speak English. Room was big and clean with a great view, with everything, even USB charging cord. Great location near many good restaurants and a shopping mall. Bus to Harbin airport and local metro are both walkable, but not short walks, some local buses right there though. ”

”Excellent help from duty manager And paid a bit extra upgrade to the room with bed which is remote control to lift up your legs and head ! It’s so confortable!”

”The room was a bit on the older side and didn't feel overly maintained. Lots of the wallpaper was peeling. At least one ceiling tile was sagging low. The bed was very hard. It had low water pressure. The room itself was clean, and the hardwood furnite was quite nice. ”

”The service that the staff in the restaurants provided was exceptional. There was some confusion at check in and check-out time - 5 am - but that was eventually sorted.”
