”Beautiful well maintained Victorian home very close to downtown CDA....only 5 minutes to great shopping and restaurants, plus beach, and trails. Although on a main street, we didn't hear any noise from traffic or construction. The rooms were huge and the bathrooms recently updated. Good water pressure. A few snacks are in the kitchen area if you get hungry or need to leave before the late 9am breakfast. It operates more a like a VRBO and the whole time we were there we never saw any staff. ...

Common areas and our room were clean, but maintenance work and room updates were poorly executed (think quickly flipped house). I was most disappointed with the security of this hotel. When we arrived to our room after check-in, the door was open. Not unlocked, but actually ajar (door not hung properly). I notified staff ant the front desk twice on two separate days and yet the issue was...

”Avoid this place at all costs entire building was disgusting and smelled of cigarettes. Staff was rude when I gave poor feedback and said that I didn't give valid feedback because the room was clean by their standards. I wouldn't even take my shoes off in this disgusting place, it needs to be shut down, or rebuilt after the management and owners have been fired. Avoid this place at all costs as it is a complete risk to your safety and sanity.”
