”The room was clean. Breakfast was good with eggs, bacon, pancakes, oatmeal, breads, yogurt, and cereal. There is a nice park across the street and many restaurant options nearby. My only complaint is it's near the railroad tracks and a train came through at 1 am. They do provide earplugs which helped with the noise.”

”Nice clean room. Plenty of towels. Nice pool and hot tub. Nice selection for breakfast.”

”The staff was awesome! The Wifi not so much we had to move to another room as the wifi did not extend well to our room. Another customer was booked into a handicapped room and they move him into another room very friendly and nicely.”

”Nice Best Western property. Nicely updated rooms, nice pool, nice little gym, great hot tub, employees were very nice. The rate was good compared to other properties of similar caliber in town. Only downer is the location. Not much around to walk to, but only 5-10 mins to downtown Coeur d'Alene. Would stay there again for sure.”

”Place was clean and the property was really nice!!!! We loved the golf simulator downstairs and was able to bring our family together there on our last night. Front staff was absolutely wonderful and we appreciate the hospitality. Only 2 complaints are: First the room conditions seem as though repairs were needed to be done as there was foam filling of some sort to patch up holes. It was very weird but we went with it. Second was the loudest coming from the bar under us. Not sure if the noise...
