”This property was in a area that feels safe, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in the area. It has a good-size parking lot withNO parking fees. It's clean and all types of staff are friendly and helpful. I used the gym which has plenty of tradmills and bikes. The room was a good size for the price with plenty of drawers, shelf space in the bathroom and charging outlets. Breakfast is plentiful with lots of hot ites and fresh-brewed coffee.”

”Ordered a room with a hot tub that didn't work and never got fixed. Manager said he would get it fixed or change our room - never happened. The hot water dribbled out of the faucet, while the 2 sinks and the shower worked fine. Door had gaps (up to 1/2") around it. Both televisions had to be fixed to play. The thermostat on the heater did not shut it off. The floor transition strip to the hot tub area was a trip hazard, and they had to replace the hair dryer. On the 3rd day of our 4 night stay,...

”Very expensive basic over night stay at JFK. ”

”I booked a hotel room that includes breakfast. The Hotels.com confirmation clearly states that breakfast is included in the reservation. However, the hotel staff told us that breakfast is not included in the room rate. This should be clarified between the hotel and Hotels.com. As a result, my family and I had to pay for breakfast even though the reservation promised otherwise.”

”Arrived late after a 12 hour drive. Room was dirty, clumps of hair on top of the bed, hair underneath the covers. Returned the key to the front desk, and told them we weren’t happy. They said sorry, didn’t offer to clean the room or offer a different room. Worst $270CAD I’ve spent in awhile. ”
