”Currently expecting Expedia to refund our money. We stayed for only about half an hour before giving our keys back to the front desk and stating our expectation of a refund . The room literally had NO WINDOWS BUT THERE WERE CURTAINS OVER DRYWALL WHERE THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN WINDOWS!!! THE RECEPTIONIST HAD NO ALTERNATE ROOM TO OFFER. .COMPLETELY UNSAFE.”

”Great location along Granville & Sackville Streets, just a few short blocks from the waterfront and terrific value for money. Room was clean and though a little small, had all the essentials including a desk with a phone charger and wifi, lots of hooks on the door, as well a cabinet to put away and hang up personal items like clothing. There were several individual bathrooms on each floor and all came with a shower. Each floor has a shared common area with a kitchen and fridge, microwave, etc....
