”We had a lovely room, comfortable bed which was very much appreciated. The washroom has been updated which was very nice. The staff was kind and informative. The power outlet in the room was worn and couldnt hold a power device. There was lots of parking and we could park directly in front of the door. Even though the motel is located on a busy corner, our room was very quiet and it was appreciated.”

”I had such a wonderful stay here! The hosts were extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. The location was great, and just a short drive away from anything needed. House was well equipped with everything necessary. Would definitely recommend, and would stay again! ”

”Beautiful rooms, very clean and very nice space, very comfortable and cozy. We chose a unit with a full kitchen as our stay was a week long and we needed to be able to easily have a relaxed schedule - and options if we chose to stay in. This worked out great! Outside sitting areas were lovely and we could sit out on our front porch! Staff was amazing. Any request was very quickly responded to and completed- it was very wonderful. Thank you all!! I highly recommend The Gingerbread House.”

”It was great. I know having the bathroom and showers in different spot was different but still loved it. In touch with nature. A great place to stay. Room was cozy. My cat liked it. Knowing about the other spaces will make us want to choose one of them. This is what I needed and quiet place plus comfortable bed. Would stay again.”

”Such an amazing place. Quiet and peaceful. Clean and true to pics. Close walk to anything you want to do or see in Wolfville. The bed was as comfortable as can be. The jacuzzi made the relaxing stay that much more relaxing. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much. Hope to be back. ”
