”The rooms smelled terrible...musty/damp smell. Even with the windows open all night the smell was still terrible. Our friends room had the same awful smell. The property has not been updated, furniture was old, very poor lighting and moldy shower curtain. The beds however, were comfortable in our room. The property would have been adequate for an emergency stop but because of the smell, I would not recommend it.”

”We loved that it was right on the water and we could fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The house if very rustic but cozy. We liked that there were more than one washroom and the sink was separate, so for our party of 8, it was perfect that some could shower while others brushed their teeth. It quite far from all main attractions in the area, the it is a beautiful quiet place. It was convenient to have the Lobster Pound right by the place. Overall a great stay. Thank you for our wonderful...

”This is a brand new property that is less than 10 minutes from New Minas and less than 15 minutes from downtown Wolfville, situated on a peaceful, large, tree-lined lot with zero ambient/traffic noise. The property consists of nine units in total and would be perfect for a large, related group. The host, Tracey, was excellent - easy to communicate with and her check-in instructions were clear and complete. She reached out to me a day ahead and told me that the room I was assigned had an...

”The owner communicated quickly and clearly. The cottage was on the low scale of excellence because the cottage needs new or upgraded furniture. The dining table was warped, cracked and uneven as well as squeaky; the bench around the dining table has a broken piece off the end; the pull out couch is ready for the dump as its warped and lumpy and saggy; there are curtains missing and curtains that only cover 1/2 the window; the back deck was full of leaves as well as a broken lawn chair for...

Canning

”It was a really nice little town. The accommodates were clean and the owner was easy to work with and good at communicating. The only hitch I had was with Expedia itself as they didn't provide some details. However, the owner was so easy to get details from and was a good communicator. I was surprised they basically had towels, shampoo, Toaster, microwave. All the kitchen basics and a coffee machine. I'd stay again. When I got there wish I had brought my spouse along on my work trip.”
