”House has not been updated since the early 80s, needs new beds badly…there are literally cots in one of the bedrooms. The heating situation was strange (wall electric heat) with no heat in two of the bedrooms aside from some plug in heaters that cannot run at the same time because they blow a fuse. ”Every Staff member was welcoming and kind. Location is great. The room: shower floor slippery, floors in room sticky. Drain in sink is clogged. The smell when I first arrived in the room was awful. Not a fan of putting single women on the first floor with windows that open due to safety reasons, a guy walked infront of my window several times while I was there, it was beautiful weather and would have been nice to have the window open. It would be lovely to have coffee in lobby out before 8am....

”NOT SAFE! The hotel uses the old school key cards. They deactivate when placed near or on your cell phone. When I went to the front desk to have my key card reactivated they didn’t ask for ID or anything that would tell them I was in fact the one on the paper work. So essentially anyone could have accessed our room. As a woman traveling alone with a child this terrified us.
We didn’t have a hot shower for the first 2 days of our stay as the maintenance man wasn’t available to fix our shower....

”This property needs to be leveled! Everything was very old, dirty and reeked of mold. The a/c unit was ancient and broken, old chips in the porcelain sink and tub where the caulking was cracked and moldy. Skip it, drive to Albany if you must!”
