”Had a great time at their house. They were very communicative and check in and out was very easy. House was in great location to Nicks boat dock where our boat was! I would give them 10 stars if available! ”

”Terrific house! Minutes from Rough River Lake boat ramp and state park. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby also. well equipped kitchen and grill made cooking easy. There is a path that leads down to the water. No dock, but we were able to tie our boat up and leave overnight with no issues.”

”This 2 bedroom home was just as stated. It was cozy and relaxing. The house was very clean with nice size bedrooms with comfortable bedding. The bathroom was a nice size with great water pressure for showering. And the washer and dryer was a great addition.This house was nestled in a quite neighborhood with a concrete driveway with the perfect place to sit and enjoy the outside.It was a perfect house to stay for us to visit my Aunt who is at the Grayson nursing home located within a few miles....

”This is a lovely cottage on the Ohio river. We stayed for two weeks and truely enjoyed it. This cottage has the older home charm with modern amenities. We look forward to coming back for future stays. ”

”Fun get away close to the water. Fishing was great!! Enjoyed the quiet mornings in the screened in porch with my coffee. Friendly atmosphere everywhere we went! Gotta go to little Dave’s for breakfast or grab a pizza for movie night. We look forward to our next visit.”
