”I spent a week working with soldiers at Fort Hood, and this hotel was perfect in every way; amenities, staff, cleanliness, it’s location to both Fort Hood, restaurants and any other service or item that I might need. Definitely stay here if you’re in the area!”

”Everything was great with staying here. The place was clean, quite, and so peaceful. ”

”Loved the convenience to Salado’s Main Street and yet since the property was not in the town it was very quiet, serene and relaxing. My favorite was sitting in the rockers on the porch and watching the clouds and the birds. The rooms in the main house are super clean and beautifully decorated. The food was fabulous and owners are delightful. Will definitely visit there again. ”

”They have really upgraded the hotel and it's very pretty. The rooms are comfortable, but we did have issues with the room temps. However, they sent maintenance over right away and fixed it. The only other this is the sidewalk around the pool is torn up and you cannot walk barefoot on it. The pool was clean and there were lots of shady trees and umbrellas. The restaurant and the Grace Jones Ballroom were both beautiful and the food was great. The have robes in the room, which are very cute, but...

”We had a wonderful stay here. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast, but others said it was good. The room was spacious and very clean and quiet. Fridge and microwave. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was clean and large. Unfortunately the hot tub was down for maintenance. Nice touch with the pool table in the lobby. The staff was absolutely fantastic. Truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.”
