”Great rest”

”I arrived with a confirmed reservation for a room with two queen beds for my family of four. I had even called the hotel days earlier to reconfirm the room type. Despite this, the hotel assigned us a room with only one bed and never informed us of any issue at check‑in. We only discovered the problem after entering the room. ”Large spacious room with kitchen and living room space. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception and for breakfast service. Large, excellent diverse breakfast buffet, including things like salmon and the option to have a personal omelette ordered. Excellent central location at Broad Street, within walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and the Convention Center and River Walk. Free easy parking in front of the hotel in the parking zone along the center isle of Broad Street.”

”We were there for 3 nights. Room was clean when we arrived but had to ask for towels and coffee for the next 2. Looked like people left dirty linen outside their door. Overal the experience was good”

”The whole hotel was immaculate, and the one thing, the desk chair, that broke while we were there was replaced within 10mins. All the staff were wonderful, courteous, understanding and very helpful. The variety of food at the breakfast buffet was great. Which explains that there are not fridges or microwaves in room. The pool was good, but could use more towels. No jacuzzi even though advertised. The water was warm enough to not miss the jacuzzi. A well kept outdoor area. We will return...
