”The staff was very good and attentive. Helpful in getting our parking sorted. Some suggestions: water bottles in the fridge; table lamps or bedside sconces; water cups at the sinks. The bed was most excellent and gave me a very restful sleep. The linens were very nice. Smooth and cool. Inspite of the rowdiness and party atmosphere of the Gaslamp district, the property was very quiet. My wife and I did have a good time. Thank you!”

”At first after traveling it's not the usual check in that we are all accustomed to, but once tht was out of the way, I loved everything about this hotel. This was a solo trip for a tattoo and the location is prime. Other than the tattoo I've spent most my time on Coronado island because it's so close, but instead of paying thousands of dollars I paid hundreds. The parking is a little shady, but all n all love this place and I'll be back. This is my cheat code staying in san diego”

”Meidän huoneessa haisi puhdas uloste ihan koko ajan. Se yltyi kun ilmastoinnin laittoi päälle. Vika oli laajempi koska hlökunta suihki käytäville sprayhajustetta. Aamulla oli siivous ja kun nukuimme yli 9:ään, huonetta ei enää sitten siivottu. Huoneessa ei ollut vedenkeitintä, vain vettä pullossa + 2 lasia. Aamupala mitäänsanomaton, ei minkäänlaisia kasviksia, leipää, leikkelettä tms. Munakasta, paistettua perunaa ja nakkia, hedelmiä. Alakerrassa ei baaria mutta juomia sai as complimentary....

”Loved my stay at the Westgate Hotel, very quaint interior decoration and they were having a tea party when we first checked-in! The hotel is charming and the valet staff were exceptionally helpful ($55 for a day of parking, that includes coming in and out). Quick and efficient staff, shoutout to the valets, they were all so friendly! My main complaints were the MTS noise from the adjacent train, for which they did provide earplugs and a white noise machine (didn't find it until later sadly :(......

”We loved this hotel and the location in the heart of the Gaslamp District. Walkable to great restaurants, bars, and the water. Only minutes to the zoo and Coronado. Would absolutely stay again.”
