”We arrived to an overbooked hotel, and the manager basically threw the desk crew under the bus and switched a bunch of reservations around without letting guests know ahead of time. Pure, unpleasant chaos. Cheri, who was left with this mess, worked very hard to support me and get my booking back. She was kind, professional and empathetic.
