”At first we were placed in the Calvert House but then switched to the Johnson. The shower plumbing was broken. The shower soap pump did not work. The tub porcelain was chipped and the pillows were very hard. The door did not seal at the bottom and hall light came in. Air conditioning was noisy.
I know it is a historic inn but these issues should not have been there. I would not go back.”

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”The food was good the property was decent. The bed was broken. The mattress (a tempurpedic or something similar) had a huge hole in it. We were inly there to sleep and I couldn't because I was sleeping in a hole. We would stay agin but make sure next time the bed doesn't have a hole in it”

”Stayed for a few days while travelling. I booked the room almost three months prior but on the morning of the check in I got a call saying they no longer had the room I had reserved, but would downsize my room but not receive any compensation. We realized after we got there that they had taken our room to give to a large group of people who had showed up day of and wanted rooms all in a row. Got there and our “new” non smoking room smelled like smoke. We had to wait 30 minutes for them to clean...
