”Great view lots of room for a group or large family only downside was some of the furniture could do with upgrading as you could not sit back fully on the lounge due to damaged back rests”

”Despite the cold and wet weather, we had a lovely time at this cozy house. It was clean, modern, well-equipped and homely. It was great to have the heather already on when we arrived, so the house was warm.We will definitely be back. ”

”We stayed for 4 days with two friends visiting during that time. The house is generous in size with very good natural light. It has many little features - lamps, ornaments, photos and artwork- making it interesting and welcoming. The local pub, cafe & bar/restaurant are a short walk, as are the beaches and coastal walking paths. ”

”It was a walk with doggies every morning and afternoon at the nearby dog beach , it was the comfortable beds and cleanliness and the lovely sunny weather that made this a great stay ”

”We had a wonderful stay at this property. The place was roomy, comfortable and very clean and was a great getaway with the extended family. The decking extended the living area of the house and the backyard was amazingly flat and big and was perfect for not only the kids to play but also the dog to have a great place to run.The host were great in their communication and were easily accessible. The only negative was that the property did not have wifi.”

”A beautiful property We had a wonderful short term stay at Rose Sea Cottage.The property has been thoroughly modernised & done so in a thoughtful, functional manner. Amenities & facilities are all excellent.The house was clean, spacious & highly functional. with several separate living zones, which would be perfect for families.There is a good sized yard, front & back, & off street parking as well.We traveled with a pet & the property is securely fenced to keep him safe.We are trying to work out...

”I felt right at home, the cottage was cosy and inviting, had all supplies needed, in a lovely quiet area, easy walk to the beach. Was perfect for myself to chill out and recharge. My pup loved his first holiday. I will be staying again.”

”We absolutely loved the expansive open plan upstairs area with fully equipped kitchen and comfy seating and generous dining table. The deck and scenic water views across Swan Bay just added to the feeling of spaciousness. The house is on a busy main road, but the traffic noise did not bother us at all. We felt that the open scenery more than made up for it. Would happily stay again. A very homely and well-located base from which to explore Phillip Island.”
