”Rooms in Indianapolis were too expensive, so we stayed in Cloverdale. We were apprehensive as heck, but the reviews for this place were really good, so we took a chance. All of those great reviews were TRUE! We never stay in places with exterior doors bc they’re usually gross and don’t feel safe. This is a hotel with exterior entry doors, but it’s really nice! The rooms were SUPER clean, like, SPOTLESS! Never heard of Cloverdale, but if you need an inexpensive room a 30min drive to downtown...

”The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was fantastic! It was nice having coffee in the lobby. It was the perfect location as we were attending an awards dinner that was in their event room. I would love to go back and have dinner at The Fluttering Duck!”

”Room was clean and in nice condition. Nice that there was a bar area in the evening. My only complaint was our keys kept malfunctioning. One wouldn’t work and then the other wouldn’t work. It happened three times. ”

”The room had an outside entrance. You could see daylight through the door cracks. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, like it was coming in a vent. The person in the room next door played music with bass turned up very loud until late hours and again early in the morning. The carpet had holes in it. The sheets had holes in them. Our clothes smelled of cigarette smoke from being in the room. The door lock was hanging by 1 screw. Would not recommend this place”

”The kitchen area was a little dirty and it could really use a remodel, but it was comfortable and quiet and definitely cheaper than other accommodations in the area.”
