”We truly loved our stay in the schoolhouse guesthouse!! The farm property with the 18th century home, outbuildings, cattle and neighborhood for walking, afforded us time for truly enjoying our time together. The decor of Mary Ann and Dan’s guesthouse had wonderful historic elements, with warm colors and great seating and areas for relaxing. ”Really disappointed. The house looks nice on the outside but on the inside, there was serious need of cleaning and upgrade. We rented the guest house since there were 3 of us. Very outdated and dirty. The comforter not clean. The second bed was the pull out sofa. The host later brought a pile of linens as if just out of the dryer for the bed…not folded and not made up before we arrived. The worst part was a very strong must odor. Smelled moldy. ”My wife and I were staying here for our wedding day that was taking place up the road. This stay was one of our favorites that we have done. The owners are vwry patient and responsive. The guest suit is very clean and comfortable with alot of natural light. I definitely recommend this property. Also, they dogs that live on the property are great and will greet you outside.”

It was very peaceful in the woods and the house itself was well stocked and the beds were comfortable!
