Kingston City Park is just 10 minutes drive and offers boat ramps, pickleball, picnic tables and a playground. Lakeshore park is a bit more laid back where you can set in your kayak in a more secluded less populated area.

This region has many vacation day trips within a short distance. There is the Lost Sea Adventure in Sweetwater, TN with underground caverns and an underground lake in under and hour drive. Frozen Head State park with two waterfalls within a mile hike, is a half hour away. There's also plenty of things to do in Oakridge and Knoxville!
