”Nice hotel, well-maintained.
The shuttle service on international arrivals is a problem. When arriving at the International F concourse, there is no direct shuttle service to the hotel. Therefore, you waste 45 minutes taking an airport shuttle from the F gates back to the domestic gates, which passes right in front of the property, simply to wait for and take another shuttle to the hotel (or spend $30 on an Uber).

”The property is beautiful and has so much potential. I did enjoy my stay. I lived the fact that there were restaurants on the property, especially Starbucks. I feel that they could have done a lot more in terms of keeping the property clean. I had a spill stain on my floor. The hallways and elevators needed cleaned, and the pool area was littered either old used and abandoned towels. Additionally, the bar area was closed in the pool area. The location is convenient. Walkable to the aquarium....
