âBreakfast was fresh and lots to choice from. Laundry was expensive and they needed a sink to wash your hands. Vending machine was also expensive and had to keep asking for change back that wasn't given back. Didn't like that I wasn't all the way checked out and the cleaning guy was in my room already. â

âTraveling for work, but unable to get a receipt for my stay. Company card. Now I may have to pay out of pocket because I canât get ahold of anyone and no one was willing to give me a receipt at check-in and no one was at the desk on my way out to the airport.â

âStayed here due to numerous 5-Star ratings but now believe they were all false. Iâve never paid $65 a night to squat somewhere but now I can mark that off the bucket list. Hotel felt very much like a half-way house and thereâs nothing intrinsically wrong with that but would have liked to know before hand. Someone was heavily smoking on the second floor despite being a no-smoking property stinking up the place. Shower didnât drain well and there were fist-sized holes in the bathroom wall and...
