”Do not get a smoking room. It was disgusting. There were bugs everywhere and the ceiling light in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling ready to crash on top of me. The room reeked and made all of my clothes stink. I only got the smoking room because I vape medical marijuana, but at that point I would’ve gone to my car every time if that meant getting a better room. ”Had a reservation on a relatively busy weekend due to a concert. Only offered rooms on arrival were strictly “smoking-friendly” rooms. Understandably, smelled like an ash tray. I was offered Lysol if the smell was “too bad,” but that’s “about all that can be done,” according to staff. Denied any type of refund due to third-party booking. Uprooted the stay and paid for a different property’s room. Not great”
