”The floors were very dirty and had grit on them. They had not been swept or mopped. We both about fell in bathtub because of no safety non slip finish on bottom and no handles to get in or out. No ice machine on premises. Lots of people hanging outside after dark making noise. You could see daylight coming in thru door edges.”

”We stayed at Black Ridge for our spring break, coming from West Virginia, and it was amazing! The inside of the cabin was even better than we expected, very clean, and most basic amenities were already provided for! It’s not to far from most places, like garden of the gods and cave-in-rock; and, exploring the forest behind it as college students was great, and we found plenty of things to take home with us. ”

”Nice clean, private unit. Hot tub was clean and private. We enjoyed the stay. Kids would have enjoyed the slide and swings, but it was too cramped for me. Queen bed was comfortable. Swivel TV allowed watching from the couch or the bed. We cooked a nice steak dinner and enjoyed the evening even though it was cold outside. I did tiptoe down the stairs and enjoyed the hot tub before going to bed. ”
